多源矢量数据标准化处理中的质量控制技术

Research on Quality Control Technology in Standardization Process of Multi-source Vector Data

标准海图数据在ENC物标类目基础上新增了部分物标、属性和扩展的属性值,导致现有的S-58质检规则无法完全满足标准海图数据质量检查的需要。针对这一实际情况,研究了多源地理数据成果质量评定标准和IHO S-58标准,概括出标准海图数据的6类质量元素,并提出了标准海图数据质量控制的方法,制定出整体质检规则和物标质检方案。质检规则应用于程序自动质量检查,实验结果表明,质检规则能够满足自动质检的需要,达到了预期的效果。

Some new objects,attributes and extended attribute values have been added to standard chart data,based which leads to S-58 quality check rules being unable to fully meet the need of quality check now.In view of this actual situation,the specifications for quality assessment of multi-source geography data and IHO S-58 standard are studied,and six kinds of quality elements of standard chart data are summarized.The method of quality control of standard chart data is put forward.The overall quality check rules and object quality check rules are made.Quality check rules are applied to the automatic quality check program,the experimental results show that quality check rules meet the needs of automatic quality check,which achieve the desired results.
