超声透皮给药联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛效果观察

Effect observation of ultrasound transdermal drug delivery combined pregabalin on postherpetic neuralgia

目的观察普瑞巴林联合超声透皮给药对胸背部带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法将62例带状疱疹后神经痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组各31例,对照组口服普瑞巴林、甲钴胺及维生素B1片,观察组同时给予盐酸利多卡因、甲钴胺超声透皮给药,观察2组治疗前与治疗1、2、4周后VAS疼痛评分与ES评分变化,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前2组患者VAS、ES评分比较均无显著差异(P>0. 05);治疗1、2、4周后观察组VAS、ES评分改善幅度均显著优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);不良反应发生情况组间比较无显著差异(P>0. 05)。结论超声透皮给药联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛可更有效的缓解患者疼痛症状,改善患者情绪与睡眠,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of pregabalin combined ultrasound transdermal drug delivery to treat postherpetic neuralgia on throracic and dorsal.Methods 62 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were divided into observation group and control group,for each group with 31 cases.The patients in control group were treated with pregabalin,mecobalamine and vitamin B 1,and the patients in observation group added lidocaine hydrochloride and mecobalamine through ultrasound transdermal drug delivery.The VAS pain scores,ES scores change before and 1,2 and 4 weeks after the treatment and the untoward effect occurrence during the treatment were compared.Results The VAS and ES scores had no significant difference(P>0.05)before the treatment.1,2 and 4 weeks after the treatment,the VAS and ES scores improvement of the observation group were superior to that in control group remarkably,the comparison among groups with a statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups on untoward effect occurrence(P>0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound transdermal drug delivery combined pregabalin to treatpostherpetic neuralgia can remit the patients’painful symptoms effectively,improve the patients’emotion and sleep and enhance the quality of life.
