园校合作培养“双师型”教师面临的问题及对策——以幼高专院校学前教育专业为例 被引量:10

摘要 "双师型"教师队伍建设是幼高专院校提高教育教学质量的关键,通过"园校合作"培养"双师型"教师是基本途径。本文以幼高专院校学前教育专业为例,厘清园校合作培养"双师型"教师主要面临四个问题:高校积极热情,幼儿园意识淡薄;合作内容片面,合作形式单一;合作基地参差不齐,管理制度不健全;合作时间较短,评价机制不完善。认为园校合作培养"双师型"教师的对策为:营造优良的园校合作环境是前提;严把教师、幼儿园"入口关"是基础;丰富园校合作内容与形式是关键;完善管理制度和激励机制是保障。 The construction of“double-teacher”faculty is the key to improving the quality of education and teaching in preschool education college.This article takes the preschool education major as an example,clarifying the four problems faced by the kindergarten and school cooperation in the cultivation of“double-teacher”faculty:colleges being enthusiastic about cooperation while kindergartens not;one-sided cooperation content and single form of cooperation;cooperation uneven and the management system imperfect;short cooperation time and imperfect evaluation mechanism.Measures are:creating a prerequisite of good cooperative environment;setting the basis of strictly putting teachers and kindergartens into the“entry barrier”;enriching the content and form of school cooperation;perfecting management system and incentive mechanism.
