摘要
综述了聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料保温材料的保温性能、燃烧性能及节能效果等,介绍了常用阻燃保温材料的性能。目前,已经工业化的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的阻燃技术各有优缺点。其中,共聚阻燃的缺点是需要阻燃剂能溶于体系,阻燃剂可选择范围有限;包覆阻燃的阻燃剂相对稳定性好,可提高材料的力学性能,但在成型过程中会影响材料的熔接性能。
This paper reviews the performance of polystyrene(PS)foamed plastics in heat insulation,combustion and energy saving.It introduces the flame retardant and heat insulated materials that are commonly used.The industrialized flame retardant technologies used for PS foamed plastics have advantages and drawback each,among which,flame retardant to be dissolved in the copolymerization flame retarding,so the option for flame retardant is limited.Flame retardant coated are relatively stable,which enhances the mechanical properties of the materials,while hinders the melting of the materials in molding.
