城镇化转型与中国城乡收入差距的收敛

Urbanization Transition and Convergence of the Urban-rural Income Gap in China

利用2000—2016年中国内地除西藏以外的30个省份的面板数据,分析我国城镇化和城乡收入差距的动态演进以及新型城镇化对我国城乡收入差距的时空效应及其差异,明确城镇化的转型能否促进我国城乡收入差距的收敛。结果表明:2000—2009年,我国居民收入分配明显两极分化,城乡收入差距逐年扩大。2010—2016年,新型城镇化的发展对我国城乡收入差距的正向影响已不显著,对城乡收入差距的收敛作用显现;新型城镇化的发展对东部地区城镇收入差距仍有显著正向影响,对中部地区城乡收入差距的正向影响已不显著,而对西部地区城乡收入差距的影响转为负向,具有微弱缩小作用;东部地区经济高度集聚形成的扩散效应、中部地区产业结构的优化升级、西部地区的固定资产投资的增加对各自地区城乡收入差距的缩小存在显著促进作用。

Using the panel data of 30 provinces in China's Mainland except Tibet from 2000 to 2016,the dynamic evolution of the new pattern urbanization and urban-rural income gap of our country,as well as the impact and its difference of space and time of new pattern urbanization on the income gap between urban and rural areas of our country were analyzed.The problems about new pattern urbanization promote the convergence of the income gap between urban and rural areas was answered.Results show that during 2000-2009,the residents’income distribution obviously polarization,the income gap between urban and rural areas expand year by year.During 2010-2016,the impact of new pattern urbanization on the income gap between urban and rural areas is not significant,the positive effects of inhibition appeared on the income gap between urban and rural areas;At the same time,the new pattern urbanization also have significantly positive influence on income gap in the eastern region,for the positive influence of income gap between urban and rural areas in central China is not significant,and the influence on income gap between urban and rural areas in the western areas became negative,has a slight shrink effect;The diffusion effect from eastern region economy highly concentrated form,the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of the central region,and fixed asset investment in the western region play significant roles in narrowing urban and rural income gap.
