环境分权对全要素能源效率的影响——基于空间杜宾模型的分析 被引量:5

摘要 分析了环境分权对全要素能源效率的影响机理,在此基础上,基于我国内地除西藏以外的30个省份2000—2016年省级面板数据,研究了环境分权对我国全要素能源效率的影响,结果表明:1)环境分权与我国全要素能源效率之间存在"U"型关系,即较低水平的环境分权对全要素能源效率具有抑制作用,而较高水平的环境分权有利于提高全要素能源效率; 2)引入空间杜宾模型的研究进一步表明,无论在邻接空间权重还是地理距离空间权重下,环境分权与全要素能源效率之间都存在"U"型关系,环境分权对全要素能源效率有着明显的空间溢出效应。提出从环境管理体制改革入手来促进我国全要素能源效率的建议。 This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of environmental decentralization on total factor energy efficiency,on this basis,based on China’s 30 provinces(city,district)provincial panel data from 2000 to 2016,an empirical study on the influence of environmental decentralization on China’s total factor energy efficiency is conducted,the main conclusions are as follows:1)The existence of“U-shaped”relationship between environmental decentralization and total factor energy efficiency of China,namely low level environmental decentralization has inhibitory effect on China’s total factor energy efficiency,and higher levels of environmental decentralization is conducive to the improvement of total factor energy efficiency;2)Introduce spatial Durbin model empirical results further show that,regardless of adjacent space weight or geographical distance space weight,there is a“U-shaped”relationship between environmental decentralization and total factor energy efficiency,environmental decentralization has obvious spillover effect on total factor energy efficiency space.The significance of this study is that promoting the innovation of river system and improving the level of environmental decentralization is conducive to the promotion of China’s total factor energy efficiency.
