摘要
德国职业教育国家制度由三个主要部分组成,"双元制"、职业学校和职业教育过渡阶段或过渡年,其中尤以企业参与职业教育的"双元制"最具特色。职业教育发展受到外部经济社会发展的影响和制约,企业与政府的合力应对机制持续保证德国职业教育较为稳定地发展。企业在职业教育参与和技能形成国家机制中的特殊角色,对于我国职业教育建设具有重要的借鉴价值。
Dual system, vocational school, and transitional phase(year) build the German vocational education. Among these three aspects, the dual system which highlights the firms’ participation, stands as the key component. Vocational education interweaves with economic atmosphere and social development, which in turn, demands a resultant action joint by firms and state, in order to prompt steady progression for vocational education. The particular role of firms in vocational participation and national skill formation mechanism can be referred as a vital significance to China’s vocational education.
