透水混凝土透水系数与孔隙结构的相关性研究 被引量:18

摘要 对透水混凝土的有效孔隙重新进行了定义,并提出了有效孔隙率的测试方法。在此基础上,对与多孔介质透水系数相关的方程进行综述,通过Ergun修正的雷诺数Re’对透水混凝土中水的流动状态作出判断,选择KozenyCarman方程研究了透水系数与有效孔隙率和平均孔径之间的相关性。结果表明:随着全孔隙率的提升,有效孔隙率急剧上升;在只考虑有效孔隙率对透水系数的影响时,本研究应用Kozeny-Carman方程能够很好地表达透水系数与有效孔隙率之间的关系;但同时考虑有效孔隙率和平均孔径对透水系数的影响时,无法用Kozeny-Carman方程复现透水系数。 The effective pore of pervious concrete was redefined,and the test method of the effective porosity was put forward.Based on this,the equations related to the permeability of porous media were reviewed,by means of the Reynolds number Re’modified by Ergun,the flow state of water in pervious concrete was judged,then Kozeny-Carman equation was chosen to study the correlation between permeability and effective porosity and mean pore size.The results show that the effective porosity increases sharply with the increase of total porosity;when only the influence of effective porosity on permeability is examined,Kozeny-Carman equation can well express the relationship between permeability and effective porosity.However,the Kozeny-Carman equation cannot reproduce the permeability when considering the influence of effective porosity and mean pore size on permeability.
