基于工业新兴产业广西中小企业担保基金运营问题及对策研究

Research on the Operation Problems and Countermeasures of Guarantee Fund in Guangxi SMEs based on Industrial Emerging Industries

随着经济下行和运营成本的上升,原有的担保基金模式难以满足广西工业新兴产业中小企业融资需求;文章从担保基金运营中存在的问题入手,分析担保基金构成模式、基金来源渠道和运营管理体制存在的问题,提出担保基金运营和监管对策。

With the economic downturn and the increase of operating costs,the original guarantee fund model is difficult to meet the financing needs of the SMEs(small and medium-sizes enterprises)in the emerging industries of Guangxi.Starting from the problems existing in the operation of guarantee funds,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the constitution mode,source channels and operation management system of guarantee funds,and puts forward the operation and supervision countermeasures of guarantee funds.
