摘要
为了解中小学心理健康教育师资队伍现状,从而为中小学心理健康教育工作的有效开展提供科学依据,本研究采用自编的《中小学心理健康教育师资队伍现状的调查问卷》,对大同市、晋中市以及运城市城乡随机抽取的94所中小学中的145名校领导或心理辅导室教师进行访谈调查。结果发现:(1)所调查地区中小学心理健康教育教师的职业现状以兼职教师为主,专职教师数量偏少,师生比为1:3 712;(2)中小学心理健康教育教师分布不均衡,中学优于小学,城市优于农村;(3)中小学心理健康教育教师工作开展情况总体不佳,中小学心理健康教育师资队伍建设方面存在着数量偏少、分布不均、工作开展不力等问题,需要采取相应措施提高心理健康教育专业化水平。
To know the present situation of teaching staff of primary and secondary schools’mental health education,and also to provide the scientific basis for the effective work of mental health education of primary and secondary schools,a self-made questionnaire on the status of teachers in primary and middle school mental health education is used as a research tool in this study,145 school leaders or psychological teachers from 94 different schools in Datong City,Jinzhong City,Yuncheng City were investigated with this self-made questionnaire. Results indicated that (1)teachers for mental health education are the combination of full-time and part-time teachers while the part-time ones are majority. The number of full-time teachers is fewer and the student-faculty ratio is 1: 3712,which can not meet the need of students’psychology;(2)The teachers of mental health education distribute unevenly. Junior school is better than that of primary school and the city is better than that of the countryside;(3)In general,qualities of mental health education in junior and primary schools are not satisfied. The conclusion is that there exist some problems on teachers’quality of junior and primary students’mental health education,such as,the fewer number,the uneven distribution,the ineffective work and so on. Therefore,measures should be taken to improve the level of professional mental health education.
