摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为构建电子期刊资源评价指标体系提供参考。[方法/过程]利用文献调研法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等研究方法,确定了评价电子期刊资源的具体指标,并利用层次分析法计算每个指标的权重,并选择了两个期刊数据库进行了实证研究。[结果/结论]构建了包含资源内容、检索功能、用户使用、电子期刊资源成本、数据库商服务5个一级指标和24个二级指标的评价指标体系,验证了此评价指标体系的科学性、合理性和可操作性。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for the establishment of evaluation index system of electronic journal resources.[Method/process]By document research,questionnaire survey and expert interviews,the specific indicators for evaluating the electronic journals resources are determined,the weight of each index is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and two journal databases are selected for an empirical study.[Result/conclusion]The evaluation index system contains five first-level indicators including resource content,search function,user usage,e-journal resource cost,and database business service,and 24 second-level indicators.And its scientificity,reasonability and operability are verified.
