教育权力寻租包括教育教学权力寻租及教育管理权力寻租。权力的扩张性和独占性是导致教育权力寻租的根源。优质教育资源的短缺及监督机制的不健全为教育权力寻租提供了可能性。教育权力寻租使教育功能异化、教育系统生态及社会系统生态恶化。以多元治理实现权力制衡,实现教师权力转型,加强优质教育资源建设与健全监督机制是教育权力寻租防治的主要方式。

Rent-seeking of education power includes rent-seeking of educating power and administrating power.Rent-seeking of Education power resource lies in the expansion and sole-orientation of education power.The scarcity of education resources and the absence of supervision institution are the root causes of the rent-seeking of education power.The rent-seeking of education power intensifies the polarization and unfairness of education.What is worse,it leads to the corruption of education as well as damages the reputation of education and worsen the society values and destroys the dignity of law.To achieve the balance of powers by pluralistic governance,to achieve teaching power transition as well as to increase high-quality educational resources and to improve the supervision mechanism are the main levers to prevent the rent-seeking of education power.
