摘要
准确测定装配式建筑产业区域发展水平是制定中国装配式建筑产业发展战略,助力"建筑产业现代化"的基础。根据波特"钻石模型"和区域协调发展理论,构建了涵盖发展规模、生产建造技术水平、产业技术创新能力、管理水平和发展潜力5个维度的评价指标体系。选取了2016年31个省份的统计数据,运用模糊灰色物元(FGME)和组合赋权(CW)方法,对中国华北、华东、华南等7个区域的装配式建筑产业进行分析和评价。研究结果显示:中国各区域装配式建筑发展水平差异性显著,总体呈现梯形等级分布;华东地区装配式建筑产业发展普遍较高,其他依次是华中、华北、西南、东北和华南,西北地区发展相对薄弱。
As an effective measure for improving the productivity,saving energy and shortening the time limit of the construction industry,the prefabricated building has attracted worldwide concerns and been growing at a high rate in recent years. However,unbalanced development of the fabricated building industry has been becoming more and more prominent in different area. Thus,to make scientific planning of fabricated buildings and promote the modernization of construction industry,it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of the regional development level of fabricated buildings accurately. Firstly,based on Potter’s "diamond model " and regional coordinated development theory,this paper has designed 5 dimensions evaluation index system,including the scale,technology capacity for production and construction,technological innovation ability,management level and development potential. Then,fuzzy grey matter element( FGME) and combined weighting( CW)have been used to analyze and evaluate the 7-regional level of development of fabricated building industry by collecting data related to the development of fabricated buildings in 31 provinces,China.The result shows that the development of fabricated buildings in different regions is significantly different and trapezoidal grade distribution is also showed on the whole. The development of prefabricated construction industry in eastern China is generally the best,then followed by central,north,southwest,northeast and southern China. The development level of fabricated building industry in northwest China is relatively backward.
