系统性护理对喘息性支气管炎患儿病情恢复及预后的影响

Effect of systematic nursing on recovery and prognosis of children with asthmatic bronchitis

目的探讨系统性护理对喘息性支气管炎患儿病情恢复及预后的影响。方法将我院60例喘息性支气管炎患儿按照随机数字表法分为基础组(n=30,基础护理)和系统组(n=30,系统性护理)。比较两组患儿的护理效果。结果系统组患儿的咳嗽、喘息及肺哮鸣音消失时间、住院时间明显短于基础组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,两组患儿CRP、TNF-α、IL-8、IgE、CD8^+水平均明显低于入院时,CD4^+水平高于入院时,且系统组优于基础组(P<0.05)。系统组患儿家长护理满意度评分明显高于基础组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。系统组患儿随访1年疾病复发率明显低于基础组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对喘息性支气管炎患儿实施系统性护理可促进患儿及早恢复,降低患儿疾病复发率。

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing on recovery and prognosis of children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods Sixty children with asthmatic bronchitis in our hospital were divided into basic group(n=30,basic nursing)and systematic group(n=30,systematic nursing)according to random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of cough,wheezing and lung wheezing rale and hospitalization time in the systematic group were significantly shorter than those in the basic group(P<0.05).At discharge,the levels of CRP,TNF-α,IL-8,IgE and CD8+in the two groups were significantly lower than those at admission,while the levels of CD4+were significantly higher than those at admission,and those in the systematic group were better than the basic group(P<0.05).The scores of parents'nursing satisfaction in the systematic group were significantly higher than those in the basic group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate at 1-year follow up in the systematic group was significantly lower than that in the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing for children with asthmatic bronchitis can promote their early recovery and decrease the recurrence rate of disease.
