重建钢板内固定手术治疗锁骨骨折临床疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Curative Effect of Reconstruction Plate Internal Fixation Surgery in Treatment of Clavicle Fracture

目的探析锁骨骨折患者采用重建钢板内固定手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取该院在2017年1月—2018年1月期间收治的60例锁骨骨折患者,将患者分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,其中对照组采用克氏针固定治疗,治疗组实施重建钢板内固定术,比较两组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、术后恢复时间、临床治疗有效率。结果治疗组患者的术中出血量(91.26±5.20)mL、手术时间(66.18±4.92)min、术后恢复时间(19.26±1.55)周显著低于对照组(117.49±9.33)mL、(89.96±6.82)min、(23.10±1.74)周,差异有统计学意义(t=12.367,6.025,6.147,P<0.05);治疗组患者的临床治疗有效率96.67%显著高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.951,P<0.05)。结论锁骨骨折患者采用重建钢板内固定手术治疗的临床效果显著,缩短患者手术时间,减少术中出血量,加快骨折愈合速度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of reconstruction plate internal fixation surgery in treatment of clavicle fracture.Methods 60 cases of patients with clavicle fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group were treated with Kirschner's needle fixation treatment,while the treatment group used the reconstruction plate internal fixation,and the intraoperative bleeding amount,operative time,postoperative recovery time and clinical treatment effective rate of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative bleeding amount,operation time,postoperative recovery time in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the control group[(91.26±5.20)mL,(66.18±4.92)min,(19.26±1.55)week vs(117.49±9.33)mL,(89.96±6.82)min,(23.10±1.74)week],and the differences were obvious(t=12.367,6.025,6.147,P<0.05),without statistical significance,and the clinical treatment effective rate in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group(96.67%vs 83.33%),and the difference was obvious(χ^2=11.951,P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical effect of reconstruction plate internal fixation surgery in treatment of clavicle fracture is obvious,which can shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount,and accelerate the fracture healing rate,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
