基于协同创新的工程人才培养新机制

A New Training Mechanism for Engineering Talents Based on Collaborative Innovation

针对应用型本科院校工科人才培养存在的问题,提出一种基于协同创新的人才培养改革机制。通过政产学研用深度融合,构建协同创新中心,建设多元化复合型师资队伍,在此基础上设计与实践工程人才培养机制。通过我校的实践表明,该模式可以提升学生的实践创新能力,有利于提高工科专业学生培养与工程实际需求的对接度。

Aiming at the existing problem of application-oriented colleges of engineering talent cultivation,a reform mechanism of talent training based on collaborative innovation is proposed.And a collaborative innovation center and a diversified composite teachers team are built through the deep integration of government,industry,education and research.And a talent cultivation mechanism of engineering is designed and practiced on this basis.The practice of our college shows that this model can improve students’ practice and innovation ability,and it is conducive to improving the degree of connection between talent cultivation and the practical needs.
