财务人员工作疲劳现状及改善对策研究

Present State of Financial Staff's Work Fatigue and Improvement Measures

通过横断面调查方法对财务人员工作疲劳的现状、工作疲劳的特征及影响因素进行分析,以帮助财务人员有效应对工作疲劳。问卷调查结果表明,视觉疲劳发生率为77.2%,工作疲劳发生率为66.3%。交叉表结果分析表明当工作环境、工作氛围、工作设备和工作内容处于好的水平以及生活质量满意时,工作疲劳症状人数显著减少。相关性分析表明,工作疲劳与工作环境、工作氛围、工作设备和工作内容单调程度显著负相关。必须从财务人员自身、工作设计和企业管理三个方面改善财务人员工作疲劳现状。

By means of cross-sectional survey method, this paper analyzes the present state, characteristics and influence factors of financial staff’s work fatigue in order to help them effectively cope with the problem. The results show that the incidence of visual fatigue is 77.2% and the incidence of work fatigue 66.3%. The cross tabulation analysis reveals that when working environment, working atmosphere, working equipment and working content are at a good level and when the staff is satisfied with life quality, the number of fatigue symptoms significantly decreases. Correlation analysis reveals that work fatigue is negatively correlated with working environment, working atmosphere, working equipment and monotony of working content. Finally, the measures to improve work fatigue are given from three aspects of financial staff themselves, working design and enterprise management.
