聚氨酯灌注量对蜂窝垫高自由阻尼结构减振性能影响 被引量:4

Influence of Polyurethane Perfusion Degree on Vibration Damping Performance of Honeycomb Stand-off Layer Damping Structure

摘要 介绍了聚氨酯粘弹阻尼材料Qtech T501的力学性能。通过时域分析、传递函数分析等分析方法研究Qtech T501灌注量对蜂窝垫高自由阻尼结构(复合减振结构)的时域波形、各阶模态频率及损耗因子等减振性能的影响。结果表明,Qtech T501可以提高复合减振结构在350 Hz以下频段的减振性能,其二阶损耗因子提高61. 6%;增加灌注量会使上述复合减振结构模态频率向低频段移动;增加灌注量对结构高频段减振效果明显,但在低频段减振性能会出现小幅度下降。 The mechanical properties of Qtech T501 viscoelastic damping material were introduced. The influ-ence of honeycomb stand-off layer damping structure with various Qtech T501 perfusion on time domain waveform and loss factors of each order were calculated through time domain analysis, transfer function analysis and so on. The results showed that the mechanical properties made the material suitable for the composite structure. The second order loss factor of the composite structure increased by 61.6%, which meant that Qtech T501 could improve the vi-bration damping performance of the composite structure under 350 Hz. The increase of the perfusion amount of the viscoelastic material caused a drop of the modal frequency towards the low frequency section. The increasing perfu-sion amount could improve the damping effect in the high frequency domain, but it also had a negative effect in the vibration performance in low frequency domain.
