固相微萃取-气质联用分析山药的挥发性成分 被引量:5

摘要 运用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术分析山药中挥发性成分,并采用面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果表明:选用70μm PDMS/DVB(聚二甲氧基硅烷/二乙烯基苯)涂层纤维头,样品在50℃恒温水浴中萃取1 h,250℃下脱附2 min,在非极性柱TG-5MS上分离,共分离并鉴定出30种挥发性成分,其中烷烃类8种、醇类8种、酸类1种、酯类7种、酮类2种、酚类2种、醌类1种、醛类1种。4-羟基丁酸(25.62%)和乙基卡必醇(32.52%)是山药中最主要的挥发性成分。 The volatile compounds of Rhizoma dioscoreae were analyzed by using SPME-GC-MS method,and the relative contents of various components were determined by the method of peak area normalization.The results showed that the powder of Chinese yam sample was extracted with the fiber head coated by 70μm PDMS/DVB for an hour in thermostatic waterbath at 50℃.After being desorbed for 2 min at 250℃,the extracts were well separated on a non-polar TG-5MS capillary column.Thirty kinds of volatile compounds from R.dioscoreae were separated and identified,which included eight kinds of alkanes,eight kinds of alcohols,a kind of acid,seven kinds of esters,two kinds of ketones,two kinds of phenols,a kind of quinone,and a kind of aldehyde.The main volatile compounds of R.dioscoreae were 4-hydroxybutyric acid(25.62%)and ethyl carbitol(32.52%).
