摘要
测量了白甲鱼属3个种类的外部形态特征,比较了它们的肌肉营养成分。结果表明:3种白甲鱼的外部形态特征存在一定的差异,其中白甲鱼的体型最粗短,而南方白甲鱼的体型最狭长,南方白甲鱼和多鳞白甲鱼的外部形态特征较接近;根据拟合的体长与体质量幂函数关系式,南方白甲鱼和白甲鱼为近似等速生长,而多鳞白甲鱼呈现负异速增长;南方白甲鱼肌肉的水分含量最高(79.97%);白甲鱼的肌肉灰分含量最低(1.28%);白甲鱼的肌肉脂肪含量最高(3.00%),其次是多鳞白甲鱼(1.70%);多鳞白甲鱼肌肉的粗蛋白含量最高(21.28%),其次是白甲鱼(19.36%)。
The external morphological features of three species in Onychostoma were determined,and their muscle nutrient compositions were compared.The experimental results showed that there were certain differences in the external morphological features among these three species;the body type of Onychostoma sima was the stubbiest,while the body type of Onychostoma gerlachi was the narrowest and the longest;the external morphological features of O.gerlachi were close to those of Onychostoma macrolepis.According to the simulative power-function equations describing the relationship between body length and body mass,the growth of O.gerlachi and O.sima was of approximately constant speed,while that of O.macrolepis was of negatively different speed.As for the muscle nutrient compositions,O.gerlachi had the highest water content(79.97%),while O.sima had the lowest ash content(1.28%);O.sima had the highest fat content(3.00%),followed by O.macrolepis(1.70%);O.macrolepis had the highest crude protein content(21.28%),followed by O.sima(19.36%).
