摘要
为研究改性生物沥青的耐老化性能,选取SBS改性生物沥青、胶粉改性生物沥青、SBR改性生物沥青作为研究对象,运用RTFOT试验来对3种改性生物沥青进行老化,以残留针入度比,软化点增值作为评价3种改性生物沥青耐老化性能的指标。试验结果表明:随着生物油掺量的增加,老化对改性生物沥青的针入度产生了不利影响而对软化点产生了有利影响;生物油掺量范围为10%~30%时,胶粉改性生物沥青的耐老化性能优于其他两种改性生物沥青,当生物油掺量大于10%时,SBR改性生物沥青的耐老化性能要好于SBS改性生物沥青。从耐老化性能的角度出发,建议SBS改性生物沥青及胶粉改性生物沥青的生物油掺量不要大于20%。
In order to study the aging resistance of modified bioasphalt,three kinds of modified bio-asphalt,SBS modified bioasphalt,rubber powder modified bio-asphalt,SBR modified bio-asphalt were selected as the research object.The RTFOT test was applied to the aging of SBS modified bioasphalt,rubber powder modified bioasphalt and SBR modified bioasphalt.The residual penetration ratio andsoftening point increment were used to evaluate the aging resistance of the three modified bioasphalt.The experimental results showed that:with the increase of biooil content,the aging of three kinds of modified bio-asphalt penetration have adverse effects and have beneficial effects on the softening point;the bio oil content is 10%~30%,crumb rubber modified asphalt biological aging resistant performance is better than the other two kinds of modified asphalt biological,bio oil when the content exceeds 10%,SBR modified biological asphalt aging resistance performance is better than SBS modified asphalt.From the point of view of bio-asphait aging performance perspective,The bio oil content do not suggest the SBS modified bio-asphalt and crumb rubber modified bio-asphalt is more than 20%.
