摘要
低氧运动能更好的增加机体的能量消耗,促进脂肪酸β氧化(fatty acidβ-oxidation,FAO),调节胆固醇代谢,提供了更优越的脂代谢应激,降低体脂调节脂代谢。本文通过综述低氧运动对脂代谢的影响,探讨低氧运动调节脂代谢的分子机制及生理学意义,展望脂代谢的研究前景,旨为解决全球性超重与肥胖问题提供新的思路。
Hypoxia exercise can increase the body's energy consumption, promote fatty acid β-oxidation (FAO), regulate cholesterol metabolism, provide superior lipid metabolism stress, and reduce body fat regulation of lipid metabolism. This paper reviewed the effects of hypoxic exercise on lipid metabolism, explored the molecular mechanism and physiological significance of hypoxic exercise regulating lipid metabolism, and prospected the research prospects of lipid metabolism, aiming at providing a new way to solve the global problem of overweight and obesity.
