摘要
超仿棉混纺织物的染色工艺多为分散/活性染料两浴法染色,工艺复杂,能源消耗大,生产效率低。针对盛发纺织印染公司的需要,设计出经纱为涤纶、纬纱为仪纶和棉混纺纱的超仿棉基多元纤维——仪纶/涤纶/棉混纺织物,其中,仪纶、涤纶和棉的混纺比例为20∶50∶30,并对一浴法染色技术进行了研究。结果表明:仪纶/涤纶/棉混纺织物经过一浴法染色后,耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度、耐光色牢度为4级左右;回潮率为4.54%,远高于普通涤纶/棉(65/35)织物的2.20%;静电压为733 V,半衰期为1.14 s,与纯棉织物的静电压(701 V)、半衰期(1.04 s)相当,达到仿棉效果,并优于普通涤/棉混纺织物。
At present,the dyeing process of super cotton blended fabricis mainly two-bath dyeing with disperse/reactive dyes.The process is complex with highenergy consumption and low production efficiency.According to the requirements of Shengfa Textile Printing&Dyeing Co.,Ltd.,a super cotton-based yilon/polyester/cotton blended fabric was designed with warp yarn of polyester,weft yarn of yilon and cotton blended yarn.The blending ratio of yilon,polyester and cotton in this blended fabric was 20:50:30,and the one-bath dyeing technology was studied.The results showed that the rubbing fastness,washing fastness and light fastness of the blended fabric dyeing with the one-bath process reached 4grade.The moisture regain of the blended fabric after one-bath dyeing was 4.54%,which was much higher than that of T/C blend(65/35)by 2.20%.Meanwhile,the static voltage and half life of the dyed fabric were 733 V and 1.14 s,respectively,which was similar to that of cotton fabric and better than T/C blend.
