硫氧化菌的吸附固定化及对硫化物的去除效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对海水养殖环境中硫化物含量过高的问题,利用沸石及陶粒吸附固定化耐盐硫氧化菌嗜热氢弧菌(Hydrog-enovibrio thermophilus)TT,探讨其对还原性硫化物的去除能力,研究不同改性条件下陶粒对还原性硫化物的去除效果。研究发现,相较于沸石,陶粒由于表面疏松多孔,具有较强的微生物吸附能力;改性陶粒与未处理陶粒相比对硫化物的去除效果提高了35%左右,其中通过pH=8的氢氧化钠溶液改性的碱浸陶粒去除效果最好,对硫化物的去除率达到75%。结果表明,碱改性陶粒对该硫氧化菌具有较好的吸附固定能力,在海水养殖系统硫化物污染的持续控制和治理中具有很好的应用前景。 To remove sulfide in the sulfide-rich mariculture area, the adsorption ability of low-price zeolite and ceramsite to immobilize sulfur-oxidizing bacteria ( Hydrogenovibrio thermophilus strain TT) was investigated by analyzing its sulfide removal rate. The modified method was explored in order to obtain higher sulfide removal ability. The results showed that ceramsite with a loose and porous structure had the better sulfide removal ability compared with zeolite. The sulfide removal rate of modified ceramsite increased to the maximum of 35% than natural material and cerasmite modified by alkali (pH=8) exhibited the best sulfide removal rate. In conclusion, the ceramsite modified by alkali showed better adsorption ability to sulfur-oxidizing bacteria, depicting a quite promising application for biological remediation of sulfide-rich mariculture system.
