血必净注射液联合抗菌药物治疗重症肺炎的效果观察

Observation on Efficacy of Xuebijing Injection Combined with Antibiotics in Treatment of Severe Pneumonia

目的:探讨血必净注射液联合抗菌药物治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年6月赣南医学院第一附属医院和赣州市人民医院收治的重症肺炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予抗菌药物治疗,观察组患者给予血必净注射液联合抗菌药物治疗。比较两组患者治疗前C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、白细胞计数(WBC)及临床疗效的差异。结果:治疗后,观察组患者CRP、WBC水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为96.00%(48/50),明显高于对照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血必净注射液联合抗菌药物可有效减轻重症肺炎患者的炎症症状,缓解病情,效果显著。

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Xuebijing injection combined with antibiotics in treatment of severe pneumonia.METHODS:100 patients with severe pneumonia admitted into the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College and Ganzhou People's Hospital from Jun.2017 to Jun.2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with antibiotics,while the observation group was given Xuebijing injection combined with antibiotics.Differences in C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and clinical efficacy between two groups were compared.RESULTS:After treatment,the CRP and WBC levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the total effective rate of observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.00%,37/50),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The combination of Xuebijing injection and antibiotics in treatment of severe pneumonia can effectively relieve the inflammatory symptoms,alleviate disease,with remarkable efficacy.
