摘要
我国脑卒中患病率呈上升趋势,中医康复理论在治疗脑卒中后遗症方面成效显著,通过康复医疗设备提高患者康复效果是非常有效的手段。本文根据康复训练需要设计了五自由度上肢康复训练器,分析了左、右侧上肢不能共用康复训练器的问题,提出了两种解决该问题的技术方案,并将技术问题转化为TRIZ理论的技术参数,在矛盾矩阵中查得改变空间维数的发明原理,将上肢康复训练器改进为左、右侧上肢共用的上肢康复训练器。
The stroke prevalence is rising in our country,the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine theory is effective in treating stroke sequela,through medical equipment to improve patient rehabilitation effect is a very effective means.According to the need of rehabilitation training,this paper designed a five-degree-of-freedom upper limb rehabilitation trainer,analysed the problem that the left and right upper limbs can not share the rehabilitation trainer,put forward two technical schemes to solve the problem,transformed the technical problem into the technical parameters of TRIZ theory,found out the inventive principle of changing the space dimension in the contradiction matrix,and improved the upper limb rehabilitation trainer to the left and right sides.
