摘要
糖尿病足是重要的糖尿病下肢血管并发症,其舌象在病变过程中具有独特特征。本文回顾了近20年来关于糖尿病足患者舌象研究的成果,探寻目前舌诊研究存在的问题,对今后研究方向做出展望,以期为糖尿病足的临床诊断、治疗和预后判断提供参考。
Diabetic foot is an important vascular complication of the lower limb of diabetes patients.The tongue manifestation of the patients has its unique characteristics in the course of disease development.This article reviews the results of tongue manifestation studies of diabetic foot patients over the past two decades,explores the existing problems in tongue diagnosis studies,and makes prospect for further research so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of diabetic foot.
