大数据画像——实现高等教育“依数治理”的有效路径

Big Data Portrait:An Effective Way to Realize Data-based Governance in Higher Education

大数据技术对于提升高等教育治理水平的作用已得到普遍认可,但目前仍缺少对具体治理实施方案的深入研究。文章从高等教育治理的数据需求和治理层次出发,提出了基于用户画像实现高等教育"依数治理"的"五步"实施框架,以典型教育治理场景为例详细阐释了画像构建与治理过程,并就治理难题、应对策略和研究趋势进行了分析和总结。基于大数据画像的治理方案为实现高等教育治理智能化和科学化提供了一条行之有效、切实可行的实施路径,对研究提升高等教育数据化治理水平具有一定的实际参考价值。

The role of big data technology in improving the governance level of higher education has been generally recognized.But there is still lack of an in-depth study on specific plans of governance implementation.Starting from the data needs and governance levels of higher education,this paper puts forward a five-step implementation framework of data-based governance in higher education based on user portraits.Taking typical education governance scenarios as examples,it explains the process of portrait construction and governance in detail,and analyzes the governance problems,countermeasures and research trends.The governance scheme based on big data portrait provides an effective and feasible implementation path for realizing intelligent and scientific higher education governance,and has a certain practical reference value for researching and improving the level of higher education's digitalized governance.
