摘要
目的探讨软通道微创穿刺引流术应用于高血压脑出血对患者神经功能及Barthel指数的影响。方法选择2014年1月~2018年3月我院神经外科收治124例高血压脑出血患者,按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组62例。对照组行传统开颅手术治疗,观察组行软通道微创穿刺引流术治疗。通过美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)比较两组患者术前、术后3个月神经功能变化,通过Barthel指数评价两组患者运动功能与日常生活能力变化。结果术后3个月,两组患者NIHSS评分均较术前降低,Barthel指数均较术前升高,其中观察组NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,Barthel指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论软通道微创穿刺引流术应用于高血压脑出血,能够更有效改善患者神经功能,并增强患者运动功能与日常生活能力,应用与推广价值均较高。
Objective To investigate effects of minimally invasive soft channel puncture and drainage on the neurological function and Barthel index of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 124 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated by neurosurgery in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2018,were divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 62 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional craniotomy,while the observation group underwent soft-channel minimally invasive puncture drainage.The neurological changes of the two groups were compared before and after 3 months by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS),the Barthel index was used to evaluate the changes of motor function and daily living ability of the two groups. Results Three months after the operation,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the operation,and the Barthel index was higher than those before the operation. The NIHSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.And Barthel index was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of minimally invasive soft channel puncture and drainage in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can improve the neurological function of patients more effectively and enhance the patients' motor function and daily life ability,which has high application and promotion value.
