德育教学是学校教育中的重要组成部分,即使是在教学大纲中,德育教育也占据着非常重要的地位,在学生学校生活的方方面面中都渗透着德育教育的身影。随着社会不断发展,多元化的思想与理念冲击着象牙塔中的学生,学生的思想道德水平也发生了很大的变化。班主任作为一个班级工作开展的主要领导者,对学生的成长,无论是思想还是行为层面,都起着非常重要的影响,因此班主任又肩负着引导学生形成良好品德素养的责任,教会学生如何做事、怎样做人是班主任需要承担起的重责,可以说,德育教育是班主任日常工作中非常重要的工作内容。本文主要从德育教育工作内容出发,分析其在班主任班级管理中的重要性,探究如何在班级管理中开展德育教育。

Moral education is an important part of school education.Even in the syllabus,moral education plays a very important role.In all aspects of students'school life,moral education is infiltrated.With the continuous development of society,diversified ideas have impacted the students in the ivory tower,and the students'ideological and moral levels have also undergone great changes.As the main leaders of class work,class teachers play a very important role in the growth of students,both in terms of thinking and behavior.Therefore,class teachers shoulder the important role of guiding students to form good moral qualities,and teaching students how to do things,and how to be a good person,which is the responsibility that class teachers need to bear.It can be said that moral education is a very important part of the daily work of class teachers.Starting from the content of moral education work,this paper analyzes its importance in class management of class teachers,and explores how to carry out moral education in class management.
