玻璃纤维增强热塑性树脂基复合材料抗菌性研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用添加羟基喹啉铝抗菌剂和载银纳米TiO_2抗菌剂的方法提升玻璃纤维增强尼龙66材料抗菌性能,并测试其对材料力学性能的影响。研究结果发现:羟基喹啉铝抗菌剂的加入显著提高了材料抗菌性能,当抗菌剂质量浓度为1%时,材料的抗菌效果最佳,在以大肠杆菌为菌种的抑菌环实验中,抑菌环最大达到20mm,材料弯曲强度上升18%、抗拉强度下降14.3%;添加载银纳米TiO_2抗菌剂质量浓度为2%时,其抗菌效果最佳,对于金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达到92.7%,材料的硬度降低13.3%、抗拉强度下降12.7%、抗冲击强度下降20%、弯曲强度下降13.4%。 The antibacterial properties of glass f iber reinforced nylon 66 were improved by adding hydroxyquinoline aluminum antibacterial agent and silver nano TiO 2 antibacterial agent, and the effects on the mechanical properties of the material were tested. The results showed that the addition of hydroxyquinoline aluminum antibacterial agent signif icantly improved the antibacterial properties of the material. When the mass concentration of the antibacterial agent was 1%, the antibacterial ef fect of the material was the best. In the antibacterial ring experiment using Escherichia coli as the strain, the antibacterial activity The maximum ring size is 20mm, the bending strength of the material is increased by 18%, and the tensile strength is decreased by 14.3%. When the mass concentration of the silver-loaded nano-TiO 2 antibacterial agent is 2%, the antibacterial effect is the best, and the antibacterial rate for Staphylococcus aureus is 92.7%. The hardness of the material decreased by 13.3%, the tensile strength decreased by 12.7%, the impact strength decreased by 20%, and the bending strength decreased by 13.4%.
