摘要
通过单矿物浮选试验、红外光谱分析和Zeta电位测试等方法,研究了以辛基异羟肟酸为捕收剂浮选稀土时矿浆中Ce^(3+)对含钙脉石矿物萤石及方解石的活化作用机理。浮选结果表明,当辛基异羟肟酸浓度为2.0×10^(-4) mol/L、矿浆中Ce^(3+)浓度小于1×10^(-4) mol/L时,pH值在6~10之间时,Ce^(3+)对含钙矿物萤石及方解石有活化作用。机理分析结果表明,Ce^(3+)吸附在含钙矿物萤石及方解石表面形成了活性位点,可与羟肟酸根离子产生络合吸附,生成稳定的五元环络合物,增大了羟肟酸在矿物表面的吸附能力,从而活化矿物。
In the flotation pulp of rare earth with octanohydroxamic acid (OHA) as the collector, the activation mechanism of Ce^3+ ions on calciferous gangues such as fluorite and calcite was studied by single mineral flotation test, IR spectroscopy and zeta potential measurement. The flotation results showed that with an OHA concentration of 2.0×10^-4 mol/ L, Ce^3+ concentration less than 1×10^-4 mol/ L, and pH at range of 6 ~ 10, both fluorite and calcite could be activated by Ce^3+. According to the mechanism study, with more active sites generated on the Ce^3+.adsorbed surface of fluorite and calcite, the reaction of both gauges with hydroxamic acid was enhanced, and a stable five.membered ring complex was created, which increased the adsorption capacity of hydroxamic acid thereon and activated these minerals.
