优质护理用于老年糖尿病护理管理中的效果

The Effect of Quality Nursing on the Management of Diabetes Care in the Elderly

目的对优质护理在老年糖尿病护理管理中的效果进行探析。方法选取2016年12月—2017年12月来该院治疗的100例糖尿病患者进行实验研究,根据随机分组的原则,分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者进行常规临床护理。观察组患者进行优质护理。比对两组患者的生活质量,护理满意度,知识掌握度及血糖指标。结果不同护理干预后,观察组患者护理满度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者知识掌握度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体功能,心理功能,社会功能,物质生活评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者血糖指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理用于老年糖尿病患者的临床护理管理中效果良好,具有一定价值,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality nursing in elderly diabetes care management. Methods 100 cases of diabetic patients who came to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected for experimental study.According to the principle of randomization, 50 cases were divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group underwent routine clinical care. The patients in the observation group were given quality care. Compare the quality of life, nursing satisfaction, knowledge mastery and blood glucose indicators of the two groups of patients. Results After different nursing interventions, the nursing fullness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The knowledge of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The physical function, psychological function, social function and material life score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The blood glucose index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing is effective in the clinical nursing management of elderly patients with diabetes. It has certain value and is worthy of clinical application.
