Stratified Sampling Survey of Radiation Care in Primary Hospitals

目的:对本州17家不同级别医院进行现状调查,分析院内放射护理管理情况现状,并针对放射管理存在的问题提出相应的解决措施,使提高放射护理的安全和质量能得到更好的保证。方法:采取通过发放放射护理现状调查问卷了解17家不同级别医院放射护理现状,共49名护理人员参与,使用Excel统计调查结果,使用统计分组法进行分析。结果:据放射护理现状问卷调查结果显示,现阶段放射护理存在的主要问题为无有效的专科培训、医务人员缺乏急救意识,欠缺专业知识等方面。结论:目前放射护理需投入更多的人力资源,增加护理人员专科培训、急救培训及提高专业知识等措施,定期对放射护理存在的安全隐患进行排查,使放射护理工作的安全性得到保障,并确保院内医疗工作能高效、有序的开展。

Objective:The investigation of the city's 17 hospitals of different levels, analysis of the current situation of hospital radiology nursing management, and puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems existing in the management of radiation, so as to improve the safety and quality of Radiology nursing can be better guaranteed.Methods:A total of 49 nurses were involved in the current situation of radiation nursing in 17 different hospitals through the investigation of the current status of radiation nursing care. A total of nurses were involved in this study.Results:According to the survey results of radioactive nursing status, the main problems of radiotherapy at present are lack of experience in specialist training, first aid consciousness and lack of professional knowledge.Conclusion:The radiation nursing should invest more human resources, increase the nursing staff training, first aid training and improve the professional knowledge and other measures, regular investigation of security risks exist in the radiology nursing, safety nursing work of the radiation protection, and ensure the medical work in hospital can be carried out efficiently and orderly.
