冰雪运动专业大学生专业满意度测评工具研究

Research on the evaluation tool of professional satisfaction degree of college students majoring in ice and snow sports

运用问卷调查法、统计学方法,对3所体育专业院校的冰雪运动专业大学生进行调查,构建了冰雪运动专业大学生专业满意度测评模型,并设计了冰雪运动专业大学生专业满意度测评量表,以期为3所体育院校掌握冰雪运动专业大学生专业满意度情况提供测评工具。该模型包括教学硬件、师资力量、实践活动、课程设置、培养目标、就业前景6个维度。根据该模型设计了量表,并且量表具有较高的信、效度。该量表经过调查验证表明,可以作为冰雪运动专业大学生专业满意度测评的工具。

By using the methods of questionnaire and statistics,this paper makes an investigation on the students of ice and snow sports major in three sports colleges,constructs an evaluation model of their major satisfaction,and designs an evaluation scale for their major satisfaction,in order to provide an evaluation tool for the students of ice and snow sports major in these colleges in studying the major satisfaction.The model includes six dimensions:teaching hardware adequacy,teachers'professional level,practical activity richness,curriculum design rationality,training goal achievement,and employment prospects.A scale is designed based on the model,which proves to have high reliability and validity.After investigation and verification,the scale can be used as a tool to evaluate the major satisfaction of college students majoring in ice and snow sports.
