银杏二萜内酯葡胺对非致残性轻型卒中患者的血流变及预后影响

Effects of Ginkgo Terpene Lactones on Hemorheology and prognosis in patients with non disabled mild stroke

目的探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液对非致残性轻型卒中患者的血流变及预后影响。方法收集本院117例起病两周内的非致残性轻型卒中患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,使用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)对入组患者分阶段评分,用日常生活能力评定量表(Barthel指数)进行评估。对照组采用阿司匹林肠溶片100mg/日及阿托伐他汀钙片20mg/日及丁苯酞注射液等药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗,均分别于治疗前及治疗2周后进行血液流变学检测,观察对比两组患者的神经功能损伤程度及日常生活能力评分。结果治疗组患者NIHSS评分明显低于对照组;Barthel指数明显高于对照组;血液流变学改善显著优于对照组,差异显著均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液可改善非致残性轻型卒中患者的血液流变学指标,并显著降低其神经损伤程度及提高日常生活能力(ADL)。

Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo diterpene lactone glucamine injection on hemorheology and prognosis in patients with non-disabling mild stroke. Methods Collecting 117 patients with non-disabling mild stroke within two weeks of onset in our hospital and randomLy dividing them into treatment group and control group. Grading the patients in stages by using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and making assessment by using the Daily Living Ability Rating Scale (Barthel Index).The control group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets 100 mg/day and atorvastatin calcium tablets 20 mg/day and butylphthalide injection. While the treatment group was treated with ginkgo diterpene lactide and glucamine injection on the basis of the control group. All patients were tested for hemorheology before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. Observing the degree of neurological impairment and the ability of daily living ability of the two groups of patients. Results The NIHSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, Barthel index was significantly higher than the control group and hemorheological improvement was significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo biloba lactone glucamine injection can improve the blood rheology index of non-disabling mild stroke patients, and significantly reduce the degree of nerve damage and improve daily living ability (ADL).
