离子色谱法同时测定复方电解质眼内冲洗液中不同阳离子含量 被引量:2

Simultaneous determination of different cations content of inorganic salt in compound electrolyte intraocular irrigating solution by ion chromatography

摘要 建立采用离子色谱法测定复方电解质眼内冲洗液中钠、钾、镁、钙离子含量的分析方法。以20 mmol/L甲烷磺酸作淋洗液,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,25μL样品经Ion Pac TM CG12A(4 mm×50 mm)阳离子保护柱与Ion Pac TM CS 12A(4 mm×250 mm)阳离子交换柱后,利用电导检测器,采用标准曲线法测定样品溶液中各阳离子的含量。当钠离子浓度范围为47.20~93.08μg/mL,钾离子浓度范围为5.42~10.14μg/mL,镁离子浓度范围为0.50~0.93μg/mL,钙离子浓度范围为1.92~3.56μg/mL时,线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.99,各阳离子的加标回收率均处于99%~102%(n=6),同时相对标准偏差均低于1.0%(n=6),该方法测定结果具有较好的准确度和精密度,可推广用于相关药品的质量控制研究。 To establish a method for the content simultaneous determination of sodium ion,potassium ion,magnesium ion and calcium ion in compound electrolyte intraocular irrigating solution by ion chromatography.The mobile phase was 20 mmol/L methane sulfonic acid solution,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the temperature of column was 30 ℃,the injection volume was 25 μL,and chromatographic separation was performed on a Dionex Ion Pac TM CG12A guard column(4 mm×50 mm)and Dionex Ion Pac TM CS12A cation column(4 mm×250 mm),electrical conductivity detector was adopted and the results were obtained by standard curve of different cations.The Na ^+,K ^+,Mg ^2+ and Ca ^2+ had good linear relationship in the ranges of 47.20~93.08,5.42~10.14,0.50~0.93 and 1.92~3.56 μg/mL,respectively.All of the correlation coefficients were more than 0.99.The recoveries for standard markers were added were in the range of 99%~102%,and RSD less than 1.0%.Therefore,the results of new method have preferable accuracy and precision,thus could be used in quality control of this drug.
