摘要 中国已进入新时代,经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。全面贯彻落实习近平总书记关于科技创新的重要战略思想、大力实施创新驱动发展战略、以科技创新引领高质量发展势在必行。通过分析科技创新引领高质量发展的历史逻辑、实践逻辑和理论逻辑,探明了科技创新引领高质量发展的三条推进路径——以催生新型业态、产业转型升级和创新商业运营模式优化经济结构、产业结构和市场结构,并指出科技创新引领高质量发展的战略基点在于将建设创新型国家进行到底、力促创新驱动发展战略在两个百年交汇期升华、完善区域协同创新生态体系。 China has ushered into a new era,its economy shifting from high speed growth stage to high quality development stage.To carry out the important strategic thought of general secretary Xi Jinping on scientific and technological innovation,it is imperative to vigorously implement the strategy of innovation-driven development and lead the high quality development with the scientific and technological innovation.By analyzing historical,practical and theoretical logic that boosts high-quality development through scientific and technological innovation,this paper has proved three implementation paths to achieve high quality development guided by scientific and technological innovation--to optimize the economic structure,industrial structure and market structure by having new forms of business,boosting industrial transformation and upgrading,and innovating business operation mode.The paper also points out that the strategic focus of high quality development guided by scientific and technological innovation lies in building an innovative country,promoting innovation-driven development strategy in the period of accomplishing"Two Centenary Goals"and improving coordinated and innovative ecological system within the region.
