摘要
为解决现有高空水果采摘难、劳动强度大的问题,设计了一种伸缩式旋转刀头摘果器。这一摘果器由旋转刀头、套果筒、伸缩式杆体及刀头驱动组件等组成。对这一摘果器的工作原理进行了介绍,应用SolidWorks软件对摘果器部件进行了结构设计,并应用ANSYS软件进行了力学性能分析。结果表明,摘果器手柄在外力的作用下仅产生微小变形,无应力集中现象,对摘果效率无任何影响。所设计的伸缩式旋转刀头摘果器可以降低高空果实采摘伤果率,提高经济效益。
In order to solve the difficulties for high-end fruit picking with large labor intensity, a fruit picker with retractable rotary cutting head was designed. This fruit picker is composed of a rotary cutting head, a fruit catching sleeve, a retractable rod and driving module for cutting head. The working principle of this fruit picker was introduced. The structural design of the fruit picker assembly was completed by SolidWorks software, and the mechanical properties were analyzed by ANSYS software. The results show that the handle of the fruit picker only produces slight deformation under the action of external force, and there is no influence on the fruit picking efficiency due to that there is no stress concentration. The designed fruit picker with retractable rotary cutting head can reduce fruit loss during high-end fruit picking and enhance economic benefits.
