心脏康复训练对冠心病患者PCI术后心功能和生活质量的影响

Effect of cardiac rehabilitation training on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

目的探讨心脏康复训练对冠心病患者PCI术后心功能和生活质量的影响。方法收集2017年1月～2018年1月我院心脏康复中心收治的接受冠心病介入治疗的冠心病患者60例,根据护理方法不同随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组给予常规对症护理。干预组在对照组基础上给予心脏康复训练。对比分析两组患者干预前后心功能及生活质量各项评分的变化情况。结果干预前,两组患者的LVEF水平比较差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后干预组LVEF显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作、躯体活动受限、疾病认识程度、治疗满意度评分比较差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后干预组的心绞痛稳定状态、心绞痛发作、躯体活动受限、疾病认识程度、治疗满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脏康复训练有利于改善冠心病患者PCI术后心功能,提高生活质量,促进术后恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac rehabilitation training on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent interventional therapy for coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups according to different nursing methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given regular symptomatic care. The intervention group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation training on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The changes of cardiac function and quality of life scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in the LVEF levels between the two groups (P>0.05). The LVEF of the intervention group after the intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Before the intervention, the scores of angina pectoris status, angina pectoris, physical activity limitation, disease awareness, and treatment satisfaction scores were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the scores of angina pectoris status, angina pectoris, and body restricted activity, disease awareness, and treatment satisfaction scores in the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation training is beneficial to improve cardiac function, improve quality of life and promote postoperative recovery in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
