摘要
区域生态敏感性分析是制定区域环境政策、规划布局的重要参考依据之一。以龙海市作为研究对象,选取高程、坡度、道路交通、水体、居民点分布和NDVI(植被覆盖指数)6个敏感性因子,利用层次分析法确定权重,基于RS与GIS技术对龙海市进行生态敏感性分析。结果表明:生态高度敏感区、生态较高度敏感区、生态中度敏感区和生态低度敏感区分别占整个研究区域的36%、28%、24%、12%,分布规律为城镇周围敏感性较低、区域的东南部敏感性较均衡、西部敏感性较高。针对不同程度的生态敏感性区域,提出相应的开发与保护建议,为龙海市生态城市的建设提供参考依据。
Ecological sensitivity assessment is an important basis for formulating regional environmental policy and planning layout. The research takes Longhai City as the research object. Six sensitivity factors including elevation, slope, road traffic, water body, residential point distribution and NDVI (vegetation cover index) are selected. The authors use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each factor, and carry out the ecological sensitivity of Longhai city based on RS and GIS technology. The results show that the highest sensitive area, the highly sensitive area, the moderately sensitive area and the low sensitive area accounted for 36 %, 28 %, 24 % and 12 % of the total area respectively, and the distribution pattern is that the sensitivity around towns is relatively low, the sensitivity in the west of the region is higher, and the sensitivity in the southeast is relatively balanced. Finally, corresponding development and protection recommendations are proposed for different levels of ecologically sensitive areas to provide reference for the construction of eco-city in Longhai City.
