药品质量的风险管理在医院药房的应用效果评价

Evaluation on application effect of risk management of drug quality in hospital pharmacy

目的探讨药品质量风险管理在医院药房应用的效果。方法选取我院2016年与2017年药房管理资料,对所选取的年度资料进行整理分析,针对药品质量问题制定相应的药品质量风险管理方案,统计并分析本次调查结果。结果实施药房药品质量风险管理后,与实施前相比较,药品安全问题明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论药品质量风险管理在医院药房中应用,可有效减少药品安全问题,对提高医院药品安全使用率意义重大。

Objective To explore the effect of application of drug quality risk management in hospital pharmacy.Methods Materials of the pharmacy management in our hospital in 2016 and 2017 were selectedand the annual data were analyzed. The corresponding drug quality risk management plan was formulated for the drug quality problemand the results of the survey were statistically analyzed. Results After the implementation of drug quality risk management in pharmacy, the drug safety problems were significantly reduced compared with that before implementation, and there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05). Conclusion Drug quality risk management in hospital pharmacy can effectively reduce drug safety problems and is of great significance in improving the utilization rate of drug safety in hospitals.
