摘要
目的:探讨数字化切片在口腔组织病理实验教学应用效果。方法:口腔医学本科生2014级53人使用数字化切片辅助教学为实验组,2013级48人使用传统切片教学为对照组。收集两组实验报告绘图、切片考试及理论考试成绩进行比较及统计分析,并对使用数字化切片者进行问卷调查。结果:数字化切片辅助教学组在实验报告绘图、切片考试及理论考试成绩均明显提高。问卷调查显示学生对实验课应用数字化切片有积极评价。结论:数字化切片与传统切片相结合可以显著促进口腔组织病理学实验课教学效果。
Objective: To explore the application effect of digital sectioning in oral tissue pathology experiment teaching. Methods: 53 students of Stomatology undergraduate in 2014 used digital slice assisted instruction as the experimental group, and 48 students in 2013 used traditional slice teaching as the control group. The two sets of experimental report drawings, slice tests and theoretical test scores were collected for comparison and statistical analysis, and questionnaires were conducted for those using digital slicers. Results: The results of the digital section-assisted teaching group in the experimental report drawing, section examination and theoretical examination were significantly improved. Questionnaire surveys show that students have positive comments on the application of digital slices in the experimental class. Conclusion: The combination of digital sectioning and traditional sectioning can significantly promote the teaching effect of oral histopathology experiment.
