针灸联合穴位按摩对脑卒中偏瘫恢复期康复训练依从性的影响

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Acupoint Massage on Compliance of Rehabilitation Training for Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:探讨针灸联合穴位按摩对脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复期康复训练依从性影响性。方法:214例脑卒中偏瘫患者按入组先后顺序平均分成两组,每组107例,对照组常规康复训练和药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用针灸、穴位按摩,观察不同治疗方案治疗后对患者依从性、脑卒中生活质量量表(SS-QOL)、疗效等影响性。结果:疗效上,对照组治愈率、总有效率为21.5%、78.5%,研究组为31.77%、88.8%,研究组治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗末在SS-QOL各个指标上均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗末研究组以上指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。组内治疗后Barthel指数、FMA评分均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗末研究组以上指标较对照组高(P<0.05)。对照组完全依从率、总依从率分别为36.45%、77.57%,研究组分别为45.79%、89.72%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组科学运动、合理饮食、规范用药依从率为67.29%、73.83%、77.57%,研究组分别为81.31%、85.05%、86.92%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合穴位按摩能增强脑卒中偏瘫患者恢复期康复训练依从性,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of acupuncture combined with acupoint massage on rehabilitation training compliance of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:Totally 214 cases of stroke patients according to the order were divided into two groups,107 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training and drug treatment and the research group used acupuncture and acupoint massage.We observed the patients’compliance and quality of life in Stroke Scale(SS-QOL)and clinical effect.Results:In the control group,the cure rate and the total effective rate were 21.5%and 78.5%,respectively.The study group’s were 31.77%and 88.8%.The cure rate and the total effective rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups’at the end of treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the indicators above of the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index and FMA score were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the indicators above of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The control group’s compliance rate and total compliance rate were 36.45%,77.57%and those were 45.79%and 89.72%of the study group.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The control group’s scientific exercise,reasonable diet and standardized medication compliance rate were 67.29%,73.83%,77.57%,respectively.And the study group’s were 81.31%,85.05%,86.92%,respectively.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with acupoint massage can enhance the compliance of rehabilitation training for hemiplegic patients with stroke and improve the quality of life.
