摘要 结合当前毛衫流行趋势,利用电脑横机先进的编织技术,在传统组织结构的基础上实现毛衫织物组织创新设计。通过对针织线圈、浮线、集圈、移圈等的组合,将组织设计与编织工艺完美结合,在电脑横机上开发出具有镂空、流苏、席编纹理、网格等视觉效果的组织结构织物。文章详细分析了织物的编织方法和外观效应,并对针织工艺的难点及注意事项进行了探讨,旨在为毛衫织物组织的创新设计提供参考和依据,拓宽针织毛衫的设计思路。 Combined with the knitting fashion trend, and relayed on the advanced technology of computerized flat knitting machine, a creative fabric weaves were designed on the basis of the traditional fabric structure for the innovation design of sweater. Some new structures were developed by the combination of loop, float, tuck and loop transfer, such as pointell, tassels, mat grain and gridding, which had special visual effect. The knitting method and the appearance effect of fabrics were also analyzed. The difficult problems and matters needing attention of knitting technologies were discussed in this paper. The aims of this paper were to provide references for innovative design of sweaters and to broaden the way of designing.
