桂屏通窍汤联合通元针法治疗过敏性鼻炎临床研究

The Clinical Research into Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Guiping Tongqiao Decoction in Combination with Tongyuan Acupuncture

目的:观察桂屏通窍汤联合通元针法治疗过敏性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis,AR)的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年5月本院治疗的AR患者105例,按随机数字表法分为联合组53例与对照组52例。对照组给予氯雷他定片、布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,联合组在对照组治疗的基础上给予桂屏通窍汤联合通元针法治疗。结果:联合组有效率为96. 23%,对照组有效率为80. 77%,联合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗2个疗程后,联合组血清Ig E水平、Th1/Th2优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗2个疗程后,两组血清IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平均有改善,且联合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗2个疗程后,联合组症状、情感反应、日常行为及活动评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);联合组不良反应发生率1. 89%,对照组不良反应发生率3. 85%,联合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:桂屏通窍汤、通元针法联合治疗AR效果显著,能改善患者免疫功能,减轻炎性反应,提高生活质量,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Guiping Tongqiao Decoction(GPTQD)in combination with Tongyuan acupuncture on allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of 105 AR patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were divided into the combined group with 53 cases and the control group with 52 cases according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets and budesonide nasal spray.The combined group was additionally given GPTQD in combination with Tongyuan acupunctuer on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the combined group was 96.23%and that of the control group was 80.77%.The combined group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,the serum Ig E level and Th1/Th2 of the combined group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,the serum levels of IL-4,IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the two groups were improved,and the combined group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After two courses of treatment,the scores of symptoms,emotional reactions,daily behaviors and activities in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 1.89%,and that in the control group was 3.85%.The combined group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:GPTQD in combination with Tongyuan acupuncture has a remarkable efficacy on AR,can improve the immune function of patients,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve the quality of life,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
