对接受再次剖宫产术的产妇进行不同的椎管内麻醉的效果探讨

Effect of different spinal anesthesia for the puerperal received cesarean section again

目的:对接受再次剖宫产术的产妇进行不同椎管内麻醉的效果探讨。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年1月期间成都市温江区人民医院收治的108例接受再次剖宫产术的产妇作为研究对象。将这108例产妇平均分为EA组、CSEA组及SA组。对EA组产妇进行硬膜外麻醉(EA)。对CSEA组产妇进行腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉(CSEA)。对SA组产妇进行腰麻(SA)。然后,比较三组产妇肌松的优良率、牵拉反应的发生率、不良反应的发生率及麻醉的起效时间。结果:接受麻醉后,CSEA组产妇肌松的优良率高于其他两组产妇,其牵拉反应的发生率及不良反应的发生率均低于其他两组产妇,其麻醉的起效时间短于其他两组产妇(P <0.05)。结论:与进行其他麻醉相比,对接受再次剖宫产术的产妇进行腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉的效果更好,其不良反应的发生率更低。

objective: to investigate the effect of different intraspinal anesthesia for parturient women undergoing recesarean section. Methods: 108 parturients who underwent recesarean section in chengdu wenjiang district people's hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. The 108 cases were divided into EA group, CSEA group and SA group. Epidural anesthesia (EA) was performed on the pregnant women in the EA group. Women in CSEA group were given lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia (CSEA). Lumbar anesthesia (SA) was performed on pregnant women in SA group. Then, the good and good rate, the incidence of traction reaction, the incidence of adverse reaction and the effective time of anesthesia were compared among the three groups. Results: after anesthesia, the excellent and good rate of muscle relaxation in the CSEA group was higher than that in the other two groups, the incidence of traction reaction and adverse reaction was lower than that in the other two groups, and the onset time of anesthesia was shorter than that in the other two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: lumbar anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia is more effective and has a lower incidence of adverse reactions in women undergoing secondary cesarean section than other anesthesia.
