摘要
安全是轨道交通运营的前提和核心竞争力。随着轨道交通成网运营,高密度、复杂技术、强耦合、恶劣环境等因素对轨道交通安全保障带来了巨大的挑战。然而,传统的研究多采用因果分析,集中于设备级安全和主动安全。本任务根据系统组份结构、行为特性、故障表征等因素定量分析系统的安全风险状态,构建高速铁路系统多重多粒度网络模型;辨识系统全局风险点集,搭建高速铁路全局风险点关系网络;构建典型场景下高速铁路风险链模型,为高速铁路系统安全保障技术提供科学支撑。
Security is the precondition and core competitiveness of rail transit operation. As rail transit gradually becomes a network,it brings huge challenges to security assurance,such as high density,complex technology,strong coupling and severe environment. However,cause and effect analyzing is often applied in traditional research,which mainly focus on equipment safety and active safety. Considering components and structure,characteristics of system behavior and fault features,this project quantitatively analyzes system safety risk state and builds a multi-layer-multi-grain network model for high-speed railway system. The network of highspeed railway risk point relation is built under typical scenario on the basis of identification of global risk point set,which can provide support for security assurance in high-speed railway.
