摘要
新一轮科技革命与产业变革对大学带来了新的挑战,加上对研究型大学教学质量存在的批评,将成为本科教育改革的主要动因。本文结合对全国思政会议及党的十九大报告精神、国家创新战略、英国政策白皮书、《斯坦福大学本科教育研究报告》及卡内基教学促进基金会的相关研究报告,围绕中国设计本科教育对目标与能力、教学模式以及有使命感的学习进行了多方面的反思。为此提出中国特色设计类人才培养模式的新时代理念,以"适应未来转型"为导向,从顶层确立培养有社会责任感和受尊重的、适应未来职业领域的新型设计师与设计领导者。并以江南大学设计学院人才培养为例,探索5个具体策略与行动加以整体实施。
The new round of technological revolution and industry transformation has brought new challenges to universities, and criticisms on the teaching quality of research universities will become the main motivation for undergraduate education reforms. With the guiding principles from our National Political Conference and 19th National Congress Report, National Innovation Strategy, White Paper on British Policy, Stanford Undergraduate Education Research Report as well as the Carnegie Foundation for Teaching Promotion, this article reflects on the goals and abilities, teaching modes and learning approaches of China’s design undergraduate education. Hence, this article proposes the new era’s philosophy of cultivating design talents with Chinese characteristics, oriented in future transformation, and developing responsible and respected designers and leaders to cater to future careers from the top level. This article takes the cultivating mode of School of Design in Jiangnan University as an example, and probes into five specific strategies and measures and their overall implementation.
