摘要
马钢3~#高炉大修以"实用、可靠、成熟、环保"为设计原则,采用国内外成熟技术及设备,设备、材料的选择立足于国内,总体工艺装备水平达到国内同类型高炉的先进水平。主要介绍了3~#高炉长寿设计;新式下阀箱与方形耐磨溜槽的应用;出铁厂局部平坦化,风口平台扩建改造以及三电系统的配套改造提升。
The overhaul of Masteel’s No.3 blast furnace took“practical, reliable, mature and environmental friendly”as the design principle and adopted domestic and overseas mature technology and equipment. The choice of equipment and materials was based on domestic and the overall technology and equipment level reached the advanced level of the same type of blast furnace in China. This paper mainly introduces the longevity design of the No.3 blast furnace, application of new lower valve box and square wear-resistant chute, locally flattened hot metal tapping court, expansion of tuyere platform and upgrading transformation of the three-electric system.
